Join LA Animal Services and The Pet Care Foundation for Whisker Wonderland!
This December 7th and 8th, visit any of LA Animal Services’ six locations for reduced adoption fees.
Los Angeles, December 4, 2019 – Start the holiday season off early by bringing home a new four-legged friend! On December 7 and 8 The Paula Kent Meehan Pet Care Foundation will sponsor the Whisker Wonderland pet adoption event at all six LA Animal Services Centers by offering a discount towards adoption fees for dogs, puppies, and waiving cat adoption fees. Adoption fees for kittens will be waived through a generous grant from the ASPCA.
“It is important to remember that while pets bring great joy for the holidays, they are a very personal gift and one that should be determined by the new owner,” said Bill Crowe, Director of the Foundation. He continued, “A pet is a forever promise to love and care for its entire life, and is best made by that pet’s person.”
Brenda Barnette, General Manager for LA Animal Services added, “Pets are a lovely addition to your life and to your family. This is a great opportunity to bring a lot of love home.”
