Present SINGLES AND SENIORS!

Los Angeles, October 16, 2019 – On October 19th and 20th you can find a new furry family member on four paws for a greatly reduced adoption fee! SINGLES AND SENIORS is a Paula Kent Meehan Pet Care Foundation sponsored adoption event that will take place at all six LA Animal Services Centers, where adoption fees will be reduced to $52 for dogs, and waived for cats. Pets that are eligible will have to be the only pet in the household and/or are 5-years-old or older.

All adoptable pets currently available in the six LA City centers may be viewed at www.laanimalservices.com/adopt.

“LA Animal Services Centers are full of hundreds of wonderful pets just waiting to become your forever friend.” Executive Director, Bill Crowe said, “This is an excellent opportunity to save a life, get a great new companion, and contribute to your community.”

Brenda Barnette, General Manager of LA Animal Services agreed, “Older pets make excellent companions because they are generally calmer and ready to be your friend. Single pets are often overlooked because one might think they’re difficult, but they just need to be the only pet in the family.”
